Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wethr.net (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Lead Spawn LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Wethr.net" or "We"). If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site.

Use of the Website

You agree to use Wethr.net only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Posting or transmitting harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
• Interfering with the operation of the website.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.

Intellectual Property

All content on Wethr.net, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Lead Spawn LLC (d/b/a Wethr.net) or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.

Refunds and Subscription Cancellation

Our refund policy is based on the subscription term purchased. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Monthly Subscriptions: All monthly fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current paid billing cycle. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for any partial month of service used.
• Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscription fees are refundable only on a pro-rated basis for the unused portion of the service term. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused full months remaining in your term, minus the value of the service you have already received. For this calculation, the time you used the service will be valued at our standard (non-discounted) monthly subscription rate.
• Billing Errors: Notwithstanding the above, a full refund will be granted for any duplicate or erroneous charges processed due to a technical or billing system error.

Limitation of Liability

Wethr.net is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential damages.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to your use of Wethr.net shall be instituted in a state or federal court in the State of Texas.
